Lovely lady who runs the place. Can't speak English but nevertheless she will try to make you understand. Neat hotel.

These people do NOT care about you and will NOT provide any type of service for the customer, all they care about is your money, once you pay (at your arrival) you are dead to them and if you find any problem with the apartment in general they will NOT do anything about it.
Horrible HORRIBLE customer service.
We booked an apartment for 6 with two double rooms and one sofa bed, what do we get? We got a double and single with a sofa bed, of course we paid extra for extra room, what does reception say? They say all the apartments are the same, this is what we paid for.. We had to show her the history of negotiation and payment details so she could give us what we paid for!!
Day 2, we go to the pool, we are a total of 6 and we get told that we only get one umbrella, for SIX people, are they crazy??
I am trying to have a nice vacation and they are ruining it!!
We go to reception, they DON'T CARE and do NOTHiNG about it!
I will be here for 5 more days and I already think my vacation is ruined.
Don't waste your time in this place, go ANYWHERE else!!

Appartamento spazioso . Abbastanza recente. Zona tranquilla ma vicino al mare (10 minuti a piedi) e al centro (15 min a piedi). Piscina buona. Mare stupendo. Io sono venuto a luglio. Prenotato tramite agenzia etelam srl che sono stati cortesi e disponibili. rapporto Qualità prezzo molto buono (visto i prezzi qui in giro )
