  Veniamo in Umbria da più di 16 anni e con Le Silve è stato amore a prima vista. È un posto AUTENTICO. La pace e il silenzio regnano sovrani qui. Si trova immerso nel parco naturale del Subasio. Dalla camera (55) abbiamo visto falchetti cacciare e cerbiatti entrare nel bosco. Qui abbiamo visto sempre di fronte alla camera i più bei tramonti dell'Umbria. L'unico piacevole suono è dato dalle foglie mosse dal vento. Gli alberi sono secolari e il giardino per quanto curato è vero. Autentico. Non costruito. La notte il cielo stellato é mozzafiato. Si mangia divinamente (il cuoco è appena stato cambiato). La pappa al pomodoro con il sorbetto di basilico è un tripudio di profumi, sapori e piacevoli accostamenti di diverse temperature. Il dolce alla Pera cotta con riduzione di Sagrantino e gelato al gorgonzola è da provare perché non è descrivibile. Il vino è sempre servito alla temperatura giusta cosa rara in Umbria e la cantina è ottima. Si può mangiare ottimamente anche da vegetariani e ci sono alcuni piatti vegani favolosi. È un posto in cui ci si rilassa davvero e ci si riconnette con sé stessi grazie alla natura. L'abitato è lontano e per noi è un pregio sia di giorno che la notte. Nel periodo in cui siamo stati (fine agosto) non abbiamo trovato tafani. In camera ci sono le zanzariere. Abbiamo molto apprezzato anche l'attenzione verso l'ambiente. Si può decidere quando cambiare le lenzuola grazie ad un talloncino plastificato da lasciare sul letto. Lo consigliamo e ci torneremo.

  Fantastic hotel - peace, tranquillity, a world away from the busy everyday. Loved our stay there, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the setting just could not be beaten
