Truly amazing! We loved this apartment. So close to the Colosseo, restaurants and shopping. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. The Terrace views were spectacular!

We booked 2 units in the same building ( 11 adults) for 6 nights.Location was fantastic 5 min walk to the colosseum and 10 min walk to train station. Loads of small stores and restaurants for convenience. Just a bit of info, the tabacchi charges 0.50 per ticket extra on top of ticket price should you buy a single train/bus ticket.

We enjoyed our stay at both flats , it was very clean,quiet and we felt safe especially in the evening.Paolo's communication is quick and thank you for arranging our various transport needs.

We had a great stay at Paolo's apartment @ Via Labicana. Perfect for 6-8 people. Very spacious rooms with separate kitchen and dining/lounge area. Really lovely, big and thoughtfully designed. It was great for us (8 people). The location is perfect; a short walk to everything, yet hidden away from the crowds. Paolo was helpful and flexible at every stage, providing suggestions and helping with reservations. We'll surely recommend this apartment and Paolo's services to family and friends. We will definitely be staying here again next time we visit Rome.

This is a great apartment in a great location, very near the Colosseum. The apartment has 3 nice size bedrooms, one with a loft and a single bed. The other beds are king size and very comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped (could use a vegetable peeler), with a dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, lots of pots and pans, dishes and silverware. There are TVs in 3 rooms, great reliable wifi, and great air conditioning. Paolo and his assistant were very welcoming and gave us great advice on restaurants and things to see. There is an elevator in the building. Also, there is a washing machine on a balcony and plenty of clotheline/clothes pins to hang washing. Very conveniently located with a 5-10 minute walk to two Metro stations. There is also a bus/tram stop a block away. Take Paolo up on the taxi offer - they came right on time, with plenty of room for our luggage. Staying here really made our week-long stay in Rome easy and fun.

This was a great place to stay in Rome! 7 of us (all adults) fit fairly comfortably, it was clean and well located. Paolo was a great host, very helpful in arranging transport and giving us great recommendations of places to eat and things to see in Roma. Wonderful place. Would definitely stay there again! Grazie!

Ideal house for vacation stay. Not far from Termini Station (only two metro stations away 5min). Also easily accessible from buses. The house was recently renovated and can easily host 4 people. I would highly recommend it.
