Our favorite restaurant in Italy. Off the beaten path but worth the stop! Have a bottle of Fonterenza Brunello while you are there!
Lovely restaurant in an enchanting hilltop village. We enjoyed lunch outdoors on a wsrm October afternoon. We had the tagliatelle with porcini, a sampling of Pecorino and a nice Brunello.
Very enjoyable deal. Not sure if something was lost in translation, but we were not approached and asked if we wanted any dessert despite trying to get the waiter's attention for 10-15 mins.
Food is really good, and the best of all it's wine is amazing. Really worth it.
Set on a hilltop in a quiet village boasting spectacular vineyard views, Il Leccio is the ideal place to spend hours enjoying a decadent lunch full of fresh pastas and plenty of local Brunello.
A pretty good lunch in a cute little town surrounded by beautiful scenery. Salumi and pastas were a standout! Some of the other dishes - somewhat hit and miss. Wonderful servers with excellent English, if that matters to you. Located on the plaza. Unfortunately, seems to be popular amongst luxury Tuscany tours, so be prepared to be annoyed..
Picture postcard location with beautiful Tuscan food.
Underwhelming gnocchi, bland sauce and veal. Fried chicken plate was accompanied by more tempura vegetables than any Japanese restaurant I've ever been to.
Second night here in the town. Excellent food and service. We would definitely return.
