Organized chaos! The food is as close to home cooked as you can get. We saw many locals there. A large and varied menu. The food was delicious. The prices were very reasonable.

Very loud and busy restaurant. There's a queue for the place and you nee to wait between 5-15min to get in. Food was great (pizza, lasagne, 1l of wine for 5e) and tasty. The staff was very loud (one guy was singing) and although that might annoy the people I felt it's more of an Italian style and enjoyed it. Once ordered we didn't have to wait for the food that long so a big plus here considering the busyness of this place. People are cramped there but overall it was just different experience that I recommend trying :-)

Loved this place! It a city full of gross tourist catered menus "Luzzi" exceed our expectations. The menu was simple, the food delicious and the prices could not be bet. We ate there 3 times in our stay and had their pizza, roman chicken, sausage and potatoes and ravioli and tomato and basil pasta. The pizza and pasta was delicious!
We loved the staff and there can be a line a most times of the night but we only waited 10 mins tops for a table.response / report this review -

One of the worst restaurants I have been to in Italy. The staff are rude and uncoordinated, our first attempt trying to eat here was enough to put me off and never go back but a tour guide told us to go back and try again so we did.
The first time a female waitress told us to sit at the empty table outside than 2 minutes later a man comes out and starts yelling at us to get up and saying we can't sit there. So after that we left and went some place else. Tonight we went back and sat outside without being yelled at which was nice but the place was packed. I have no problem with crowds or busy restaurants and normally that is a good sign for a restaurant but that wasn't the case. The servers were rude once again and the food was nothing out of this world. I got a pizza because that's what the tour guide suggested but it was mediocre at best and the same basic pizza you can get back home in Canada.
This is a long review and I hope it helps someone choose a better place to sit down and enjoy a meal with their loved ones.response / report this review -

Food is delish! Outside has a great atmosphere. Crowded but the wait is not long. €5 for a liter of wine. I thought it tasted great! Loved, loved, loved! Ate here 4 times and they can be slower to serve at times, but the quality was still the same. Can’t wait to come back again soon!

Best place in Rome for a microwaved Lasagna! I seriously watched them microwave the lasagna behind the bar before bringing it out. Available at any grocery store in the U.S. for $4.99
The pizzas were okay, but hard to review in light of the Stouffers lasagna
Pretty sure the ravioli at the next table was Chef Boyardee

The pizza is delicious and very reasonably priced. Service is a bit crazy but if you aren't in a rush or too bothered about how busy it is then you should go for a real Italian experience. It does get very busy and you might have to wait a little bit for a table. But it's worth it if you have time.

Honestly one of the best places I’ve ever eaten. Sure they might have some dishes you don’t like but you leave that up to Emanuele. He is a great waiter and an amazing friend now. He will let you know what the best items on the menu are and make you laugh in the process. If you go ask for him. He recommended the amatriciana pasta when I went and it’s one of the best tasting thing I’ve ever had and I hate pasta anyways if you get him as your server tell him Conner and Lannie say we miss him very much. Over all great prices, great people, great restaurant. 5 amazing stars!!!

As a family of five we found this place by accident while looking for another recommended restaurant. We decided to chance it and had dinner. One ordered lasagne but was told they had finished (proof that its freshly made that day and not frozen) so they made a cannelloni instead. We ordered a few pizzas and for me this was the best I've eaten - and I've eaten a few. and washed down by Italian beer. We then Finished off with a couple of Tiramisu. Such a cliched Italian dinner, but on this occasion it was worth it. As mentioned by others, a great atmosphere and efficient without being rushed. When we left at 830 there was a queue around the block waiting for tables. Vindication of the right choice.

Excelent restaurant with incredible very cheap prices. You can order starters, pizza or pasta and a glass of wine for less than 10 € per person. The quality is the best and the location is privileged. The service is good, even when they have a lot of work. The menu is in different languages such as German, English, Spanish, among others.

Exceptional home made traditional dishes. Super friendly staff and excellent wine. The menu is small but every single item leaves you craving for more. I recommend sitting outside.

Very busy, very reasonably priced - theoretically!!!!
We had Pizza Bianca and it tasted to say the friendliest: average. When we left the restaurant we found out why - they don't necessarily use the pizza oven in the restaurant. Instead they have freezers in another room where they keep their "homemade pizza" -> purely industry made. Avoid that place!!!response / report this review -

Nice place close to Coliseum and Roman Forum. Very affordable in terms of price. Food was good and menu was very extensive. Place was packed for lunch. Had wine, two second courses, one first course meal for two people (plenty of food) and total was just 24 Euro. Amazing!

I walked around the Colosseum for night view, and passed this restaurant when walking back B&B, noticed quite a few of people waiting in the autumn wind, and decided to have a dinner here. The menu is really in reasonable price, and food is good, I guess this is why so many people coming here. I just noticed that a lot of criticisms on their service. I would like to say not all of them are hospitable, but not so bad. At least they are quite efficient. I am Asian people, and I didn't feel treated differently, as they are not so hospitable to every one. Actually when I paid bill, the cashier chatted friendly with us a while.
