  Residence in posizione centralissima ad un prezzo più che giusto. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Appartamenti silenziosi, belli, colorati, arredati per la maggior parte con mobili e accessori ikea ma scelti con gusto, attrezzati di tutto ciò che può servire. Perfetti per soggiornare con bambini, ascensore per arrivare ai piani con il passeggino, lettino a richiesta in camera, tavolino e seggiolone per bambini e anche giocattoli e libretti. La cucina è fornita di tutto ciò che può servire, microonde spremiagrumi, frullatore, bollitore. Una pecca i bagni un po' rovinati, in particolare i rubinetti tutti arrugginiti nonostante sembrino ristrutturati di recente.
