Так себе. Неуверенно ориентируются в содержании и расписании экскурсий, английский плохой. Русский тем более. Цены существенно ниже, чем оператора оператора.

Be careful for what are you paying with credit card. I was paying twice the travel tickets for San Marino, as the lady was not paying attention when she introduce the amount on the POS, so I've payed and extra 21 Euro for tickets I never used.
