Lovely holiday resort, good service, good food. Right on the beach and a short walk to the marina

Pro: The territory of the resort is large, green and picturesque. The room (hotel I Ginepri, Senior suite family) is clean and spacious enough for two adults and two kids. The staff is friendly and (at least at the reception) speaks many languages. The food on breakfast and dinner is very tasty and the buffet selection is rich. There's a lot of interesting playgrounds for kids. There are several aviaries with parrots. In the evening there's a live music at the central square of the resort.
Contra: The staff does not really intend to serve the guests (when I called to reception and asked for the water for minibar, I was recalled and told that there's nobody available to bring it and I should go to a bar and buy it myself). Generally no free water is provided, only paid one in minibar. There is no internet in the rooms, only on the reception. Though there is a lot of restaurants at the territory, only some of them are included in the half pension, the most are paid. Bar (tea and coffee) is not included into the dinner buffet. The restaurants are open for dinner only, there is only one open for lunch. There is a bar working whole the day, however the quality and the selection of snacks there is quite low. The when water in the pools is cold in September, no additional heating.response / report this review -

Lovely beach. Clean. Friendly staff. Food was good for all you can eat and lots of activities for the family. Not much else around the area apart from the hotel. 3-4 days sufficient.

Great place to go if you have kids. They have a place where you can get for free some milk to you baby. Other products are also available. The food is not bad but not much choices at lunch time. Dinner and breakfast are good. Several places to have dinner are provided but some you need to reserve it in advance, specially for the pizza restaurant.
You have a free navette to go from the hotel to the beach.
Be careful with the photographs of the complex They are good but the photo's are very expensive.response / report this review -

Great resort situated in one of the best places in Italy! It's the best choice you can make if you want to spend a relaxing and fantastic holiday. Everything is absolutely perfect: the location, the staff, the entertaining activities, the swimming pools and all the services provided, and, the last but not least, the amazing italian food! The beach of the resort is just perfect as well as the surrounding ones. My family and I spent there one of the most memorable holidays ever!
