A pochi metri dal mare, anzi, praticamente a contatto con la spiaggia. Posto tranquillo ed economico. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile. L'arredamento è un po' antiquato, ma niente di così tragico.
Nota di demerito al parcheggio, veramente stretto e non proprio facile da raggiungere con la macchina.

Segnalo la presenza piuttosto importante di turisti stranieri. Adatto principalmente ad anziani e famiglie.

Wir haben hier einen der schönsten Familienurlaube verbracht. Ein Kleinod, wie zu recht hier bereits geschrieben. Ein sehr netter, stets hilfsbereiter Inhaber!

Ein Kleinod in wunderschöner Umgebung.
Wir hatten die Bucht von Marina di Campo von unserer Terrasse vor Augen und werden diesen Anblick im nächsten Jahr wieder genießen ( zum 39. Mal)
Die Bungalows sind klein, aber funktional ausgestattet. Der Padrone spricht sehr gut deutsch und hat für jede Anregung ein offenes Ohr.
Jedes Jahr bemerken wir die "Kleinigkeiten ", die über Winter liebevoll verbessert und instandgehalten werden.
Die hohe Anzahl an "Wiederkommern" bestätigen das gute Gesamtbild.

I think that May is not a correct month to visit the place as the seashore was being prepared and it did look nice. Generally speaking the location of Residence is a convenient one for those who have a car. It is located 1 km from the main bus station of Marina di Campo. Though it is useful to have a dinner in the centre and then walk a bit :). There are also some restaurants next to the Residence.
Not most pleasant things: we came even a day later than it was announced and there were not bed linen, towels and toilet paper in our apartment. It seemed like no one was expecting us :).
Nevertheless the host is a nice gentleman and he provided us with all the necessities once we asked.
