The room was great but when checking out we were charged an additional fee (city taxes) on top of the daily rate for our stay (a little over 5 Euros per night) . That was not advertised anywhere when booking.

We were 2 couples & booked 2 studio apartments for our stay in Turin. One of the apartments (on the train station side) had a very limited kitchen but did not have a sloping roof above the bed. The other apartment had a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fast electric hotplate & washing machine. However it did have a very low sloping roof above the bed but it was much quieter at night. The beds & pillows were a bit hard, but otherwise we found the apartments very comfortable. The staff were amazing - super helpful with information about Turin and they really went the extra mile to help us when we had car issues - even after we had checked out. They are amongst the best hotel staff we've ever had!!
