The apartments are very clean and the staff is super nice. No common areas. Complimentary coffee and croissant at the bar next to entrance

Great apartments with incredibly helpful owners. Apartments were spacious, clean, and well equipped. Excellent location with plenty of close shopping and food, and some rooms have an amazing view of the marina. This place will be a repeat stay whenever I visit Trieste!

Il residence si trova in un palazzo d'epoca fantastico, ricco di fascino e suggestione, in pieno stile triestino. Anche se l'ingresso è su piazza Venezia, lo stabile ha anche un affaccio sulla via del lungo mare proprio di fronte al Salone degli incanti e con una deliziosa vista sul golfo di Trieste. Il residence si trova a pochissimi passi dal centro storico della città , dalla piazza Unità d'Itali e tutte le tantissime attrazioni storiche della città .
Comodissimo il parcheggio auto del lungomare.
Il mini appartamento ha tutte le comodità , un bilocale attrezzato con ampia cucina, attrezzata di lavatrice, lavastoviglie, microonde. La camera da letto matrimoniale e il bagno hanno un arredamento sobrio e funzionale. Pulizia perfetta, e personale cortese. Nel prezzo della camera è compresa la colazione nel bar sottostante: Bar al Granzo. E vi è una scontistica per pranzare e cenare al ristorante che porta lo stesso nome sempre sottostante. Se torneremo a Trieste sicuramente alloggeremo in questa struttura. Un sentito ringraziamento a Walter che ci ha pure dato indicazioni su alcuni siti da visitare in periferia della città .response / report this review -

È in una ottima posizione, vicinissimo al lupo formare e vicinissimo alla strade della vita notturna.
Da qui si può arrivare ovunque.

Locale storico. Buona qualità del servizio. Si mangia principalmente pesce. Non male nel complesso ma l'antipasto gratinato risultava "riscaldato" troppe volte e quindi quasi secco. I prezzi sono medio/alti.

Probably the best seafood I've had in Italy! A wonderfully picturesque place right on the bay in the village of Duino (your GPS should have it in its database). I expected much higher prices for the outstanding quality of food. As the waiter for a wine recommendation and trust their judgement. Very enjoyable.
