I called these guys yesterday. They took me 200 euros without doing anything but saying that I had to call Enel. To pay we wanted cash and at 11 pm this alleged technician wanted me to go and withdraw at the ATM !!!!! Too bad they told me over the phone that the technician had the POS and that the call was € 70. Then I had to calculate the work of this type. Having done nothing, he took the other 130 € for .. At 11.30 pm the Enel technician came and in 1 minute he replaced the fuse. Free. Shame!!!!! A fraud!
