I ordered the perfume but I didn't get it, I contact to the store but I didn't get any answer as well

I buy a 35 € purse which I then wanted to change (because soon after I saw a better one elsewhere, which wasn't very difficult). I go in to request a voucher as a refund (which now all the shops do) but they tell me that they don't and that I must necessarily change it for another purse, or at most, something from the perfumery but IMMEDIATELY, not tomorrow, not in the afternoon . Already here it gnaws at me, because they force me to make an unnecessary expense. I say "oh well let's take a perfume", the saleswoman (annoyed) brings me the TOTALLY PRICE-FREE shelf in front of me. There was not ONE priced perfume, ZERO. So it forces me to have to ask one by one the cost of what I felt, as I didn't want to spend much more than € 35. She, smart, recommends all bottles for over 80/90 euros. Understood the trend I said "okay, if I have to throw money I want a good one, strong and that lasts". The same makes me feel some, which I did not like, and shows bored! She was bored that I didn't decide right away (But then, get off my balls, right ?!). She recommends light, sweet perfumes, after asking her for things that are not sweet but strong. Summary of the story: I go out with a 100 euro perfume (on the internet it is 70) that tastes like church incense (according to him, very good, private collection) and that does not last 2 hours on the skin. Sure, I could have chosen better, but they made me feel very uncomfortable to want to leave as soon as possible, as if I were a thief to be watched with an anxiety. Bad welcome, bad prices, bad experience.

Complimenti sinceri per la vostra straordinaria capacità di soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti . Ho acquistato un profumo al quale sono molto legato , Davidoff ECHO Summer Fizz edizione limitata del 2006 . Spedizione rapida e imballo perfetto altro valore aggiunto . Grazie

Ho contattato più volte la profumeria anche telefonicamente, sempre gentilissimi e disponibiliveloci e molto precisi nella spedizione!! Sicuramente in futuro mi rivolgero' ancora a loro per i miei acquisti, soprattutto per i profumi "introvabili"!!

Storica profumeria ternana. Fornitissima. Fa piacere trovare il proprietario anziano che con la sua gentilezza e garbo aiuta i clienti con passione insieme alle altre graziose commesse. Consigliata.
