Potenzialità enormi, ma i prezzi sono troppo elevati per il livello di sistemazione. I bungalow sono spaziosi ma lo spazio esterno per alcuni (come quello dove alloggiavo) decisamente scarso. Poco illuminati gli interni, 3 sedie per 4 persone, la finestra della camera dove alloggiavo era rotta, non apribile, e tale è rimasta anche dopo ripetute segnalazioni. La cortesia del personale e degli animatori ha compensato la scortesia di alcune addette alla reception (una in partcolare). Un'ultima cosa: 28 euro a persona per un pasto non alla carta e a buffet è decisamente troppo.

Pros: The location is great as there are 4 - 5 good to excellent dining options outside the complex (Elia, The Anchor€€ excellent valueto ACCA.. € fast and fine). The access to a beautiful private sandy beach area and comfortable lounge chairs is perfect. Kids loved swimming here and it was mostly sandy. The bus runs frequently or there's private parking at the beach.
The family room was nice with two rooms, clean comfortable beds, black out curtains, mini fridge, safe, balcony and drying rack.
Nice active kids club for Italian children. Leaders seem very engaging and friendly. Lots of activity options: archery, tennis, mini golf, talent show, big play area, but little to no English spoken by staff. Kids club meets at the beach in the morning and resort play area in the afternoon.
Cons: Mold in the shower and bubbling paint, very little English info in writing and important highlights were not told to us at check-in. Pool closes at 19:00, check-in is only at 17:00 we had a very broken toilet seat and check-in took long so kids were upset they couldn't swim. Also deep pool, but no jumping in allowed, no little shop for convenience items, no vending machines. Must charge a card to buy anything at the pool bar but the charging station is only at the reception 5 minute walk away. In general customer service could be better. Given no map of the establishment at check-in and the luggage attendant drove off on a golf cart with our bags and children leaving us to walk. Not a big deal but we got lost and when we arrived he had left our bags and kids alone in front of the door. Breakfast was just okay and the same everyday. We were VERY happy we only took the breakfast package and ate at local restaurants or snack bars the rest of the time.
In general, customer service could be better some staff were great others not so much. However, there are not many other options with all these services in the area.
We loved the Monopoli beach area and would return, but probably try a B&B next time.

Personale accogliente e disponibile, struttura un pò vecchiotta e da riprendere, personalmente abbiamo avuto problemi con l'acqua calda

Poco professionale.. direi servizio non idoneo .. solo la reception è curata il resto del resort poco gradevole molto trascurato non come nelle foto .. le stanze non risultano il massimo della pulizia.. il cibo 8
