Absolutely breathtaking views and outstanding service. Very convenient to town with great restaurants.

It was a beautiful place and you can see the potentials of being a great place,but of course a lot of improvements has to be made and finances to be pur into it.
The first night my husband and I were placed in a room called " the jewel" according to one of the staff member but was nothing of that sort.A tiny attick room with a sea view very hot and stuffy with aircon and TV not working.We had to wait 4 hours around the pool for this room to be prepared as there was a wedding the previous day.My husband wanted us to stay at the palazzo but on the website was not clear that the room he booked was in a bangalow.So nothing could have been done that night according to the manager so we stayed there.It was a nightmare hot and stuffy..could not sleep all night.
The next morning the breakfast was a big disappointment too.
The breakfast was close to none existent.There were few plates not enough for 6-8 guess at that time.The coffee took way too long to enjoy it with your breakfast.The quality of food was as in a 2* canteen not in a 4* hotel.
We were moved to a suite the next day which was also available on the day we arrived. There was a late check out but the cleaner could not be bothered to clean it for us after that.So the wait of 4 hours around the pool was not enough the room to be prepared.
We made a mistake to stay there.There will be no return there thats for sure.There are an amazing places for a fraction of what they are charging.response / report this review -

The rooms are amazing and the staff are kind there is a swimming pool and a beautiful beach there is a bar and there is WiFi I love staying here. The old vise president of the U.S.A came to stay and lots of old cars came and I sat in one. The culture in the town is amazing and the hotel is very old. Hope you enjoy it

We have just returned from our honeymoon at the Palazzo Belmonte. The only words to describe our trip are 'stunningly beautiful hotel and gardens. The staff are friendly and helpful, the beach and pool are fabulous. Cool, clean and spacious rooms.' An exclusive five star luxury break.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti con la famiglia, era davvero stupendo. L'hotel si trova in una posizione fantastica. Era la nostra prima volta, siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti della posizione. Le camere sono pulite, moderne e molto confortevoli, buona notte di sonno. Il mare è bellissimo con l’acqua cristallina e la spiaggia è di sabbia e privata.
