November 18, 2017 i was confined for overnight for diagnosed urinary track infection causing kidney stone for left and right. It was unforgettable experience for as first time being hospitalized here in Italy compare my country Philippines. I saw staff are very obedient, helpful, very nice treatment with the patients. The head nurse that Day name is Minadora Romanian lady. i saw how she is very nice person a good staff as well her partner male which I forgot the name. This hospital is excellent as staff also speak English. I'd like to thanks dott. Lisi, dott.ssa chiara. Inf. Rossi Stefania and her male assistant, INF. MINODORA COSFERENT. And her male assistant that I forgot tha name. To all staff continue your mission helping sick people. As in return God will bless you abundantly. God bless you all..

gave them five stars because they are excellent and quick to response even though few doctors and nurses speaks English but they are so welcoming and competent

Went in with 40°C fever and coughing. Only had to wait for 3 minutes to get care.
Nice staff (some nurses and doctors spoke English) and clean equipment. (only four stars because getting blood test results took some time. It wasn't urgent and I was there late at night so that might've been why)response / report this review -

Went there, today, to get a doctor to look at my sore throat. Very good experience; kind and competent doc; modern and clean interior. The emergency desk referred me to the "Day Service" which is through the right hand door, a bit tricky to find the right desk, but just ask (I don't speak Italiano). 15 euro cash at noon on a Saturday; no waiting.

Excellent care, kind and considerate staff, even though I spoke no Italian and the ER was busy. The doctors were very sharp and knowledgeable, and accurately diagnosed a subtle and unusual injury very quickly. I had an immobilizing cast on my ankle and was on my way within a few hours, for an out-of-pocket $10! (I did have to buy crutches at a local pharmacy, $35, [same ones in US when I got home - $200+]).
Follow-up medical treatment here in Florida ran well into five figures, to determine that the Italian physicians were correct, and there wasn't any real further treatment. Who says socialized medicine is such a bad thing?response / report this review
