  I have purchased twice, but I don't think I will do it again!
  Daniele, the seller, very kind, helpful, professional, followed me, always updating me on the state of the art.
  The good and beautiful products to look at (which is why I came back) both regarding the windows and the grates.
  The big problem, for both occasions, was the total lack of punctuality in delivery: the first time I had to finish the work in progress without windows. 2 months late (added to the 60 working days and the August break) was really too much!
  The second time there was the lockdown after the quote. The order with the measures taken started immediately when the shop reopened, so they had no backlogs. I was guaranteed to have my windows by July, then early September! I am still waiting and most likely I will have to postpone the work since the summer period useful for them is over!
  Great damage, great disrespect towards a customer, who the first time did not even complain and despite the problem she returned.
  Obviously that delay was no accident!
  If you need certain times, avoid ORVI

  We (my sister and I) bought doors and windows for our new home. Impeccable from commercial to after-sales service. They also catered to us with customized payment solutions. A company organized and on the piece from every point of view. I really recommend to everyone

  We have been serving them for years for all our construction sites. Qualified staff with over 60 years of experience behind them. Sellers, fitters, administrators and after-sales service always attentive to customer needs. Certainly, and after many shopping experiences even with third-party suppliers, the number one in Lazio. We can not help but recommend them!

  I bought some mosquito nets for my home. When ordering, I asked for the time to install them, I was guaranteed a maximum of 1 month. Install after about 2 months. One of the mosquito nets was not completed because it had short guides, after two weeks and 10 phone calls where they answered me, they must arrive, then they arrived, then again no we were wrong they must arrive . in short, they took the money but the work has not been completed yet. Prices are also above average. I don't recommend them for my bad shopping experience.

  Orvi Serramenti was one of the best choices in the renovation of my apartment.
  Professionalism, kindness and experience characterize all their staff, from the reception, to the sellers and the fitters.
  I purchased some beautiful doors thanks to the vast exposure that characterizes them! Special thanks to Mrs. Valentina, Mr. Daniele D'ottavi and Mr. Davide Di Sarra!
