A very pleasant experience, the lady is an honest and reliable person, with a gentle and courteous manner, attentive to nuances because she is aware of the delicacy that sometimes the situation requires, she has a lot of tact. I wanted to get rid of the classic silver that is there just to make you waste your time cleaning it and, again, it was easy and in an environment that seemed more than serious. I also learned how to distinguish true gold !! 😊
