I relied on this brand to condition my office but immediately the machine in question gave obvious problems. Noise, jams, fluid leaks, even blocks of ice and finally it doesn't work anymore. For the past two years, assistance has been detecting defects and malfunctions and trying to fix it by doing more damage than anything else. Requested replacement several times has always been refused with the justification that nothing can be done. Not bad experience but shameful to say the least. I do not recommend the products, the assistance and the seriousness of the company itself.

I put a star not for the machine a NEXYA S4 E costing over 5000.00 euros that goes nrne, but for the professionalism of Olimpia Splendid as a company that at that price sold me a system that needs my finger to work. Yes, you understood correctly, it turns on and off only with the power button. I spent 5000.00 euros and if I'm not at home it won't turn on. In 2020 everyone has a programmer or a WIFI, but Olimpia Splendid NO, The beauty that is written in the instructions, but interpellsnfo the customer service I am answered that it is a typo. Paradox. If I had known I would not have bought it because with that money I had to choose from.

The quality of the facility is poor. The "new" air conditioner arrived with damaged cooling fins. After unpacking the new system, I was horrified to find that it was moldy on the inside. After contacting the company, I realized that SERVICE and CUSTOMER SATISFACTION are foreign words. Beware of this company, no compensation has taken place. I would never buy a system here again.

!!! DO NOT RELY ON THIS MACHINE !!!
My experience was bad and I am referring to a Unico Tower HP. Ordered in February, installed by SD Impianti Tecnologi at the end of June . and the heat was already felt. The machine in question, after a few days, flooded the floor of the room, causing the disconnection of the light (I had to throw everything contained in the freezer compartment and in the refrigerator). The service center intervened after about 20 days !!! (not the installer because boh) who opens the machine, does not know what it may be, disconnects the condensate water pump, closes it and runs it without at least it is cool; he tells me: we will let you know. Well the technician is back on August 5th, again from the service center because I haven't heard from the installer (evidently he is too busy designing "technological systems") and replaces a plastic dispenser that should have miraculously resolved the wave of 'water. Today 8th August another flooding in the living room but luckily I had put a flood sensor for a sixth sense which then became reality. We are therefore from point to head and the machine unusable with temperatures of 35 ° C. So I repeat as above: DO NOT RELY ON THIS MACHINE !! on YouTube and other social networks I will publish the photographs and the video as evidence of what is written.
