Absolutely not recommended. It appears we paid our insurance twice. When confronted they denied any wrongdoing.. total cost of our rental car was therefore a lot higher than advertised.

I must say although I was a little suspicios after some bad reviews, everything worked fine for me. The price was the lowest comparing to other companies, the car was in top condition, no hidden taxes, and they unblocked my deposit shortly after returning the car. I recommend sincerily. Thank you nollegiare!

They took a late pick up deposit even though there was no mention of it anywhere. Also it's been 5 days and three 900 euro block and 92 euro deposit on my card hasn't been returned. Pay a little more and get a car from budget or avis you won't regret it.

The worst car rental service ever. Prepare to queue: 1h48 pick-up and 30 mins drop-off. Caution against loads of hidden expenses!

I was a little apprehensive about renting a car here given the reviews I read, but these guys were almost €600 cheaper than the competition so I decided to give them a try. I spent about 20-30 minutes at pickup and drop off, the car was in great condition, the staff was courteous and their english was a million times better than my italian. Perhaps I got lucky, but based on my recent experience these guys deserve better reviews than what I'd read.

Don't use them.
They have hidden fees. If you have full insurance and an accident they will make you pay 70 additional euros for Administration fee.
Always check the car before taking it. Film it and make photos.
If you see any small scratch make sure you report it before taking it.
They just let you go to the car about 500 meters from the office and you check it alone. It was dark and I am pretty sure the scratch was already there when we took that car.
