Good location, very clean and comfortable. The hotel has an excellent breakfast!

I stayed at this hotel with a few other friends of mine as we were all going to our friend's wedding.
The hotel isn't a 4 star hotel and I have no idea how they can claim that.
The room was possibly what I would expect from a bad 2 star hotel, the carpet was dirty the furniture old and in need of repair, the shower leak and the shower head tube was damaged, there is no iron or boiler in the rooms, the curtains are dirty and old, they only provided one pillow each and it was as thick as a stack of 4 slices of bread and to top everything off the air conditioning doesn't actually work.
I think the only good things about this hotel are the pool and the proximity to the sea, maybe if I was to be generous the breakfast was okay.response / report this review -

Lousy. Hotel was without air con for 6 days in 35 degrees and the manageress lied to guests constantly about when it would be fixed.

Buono, ma:
1) ho prenotato con un amico in stanze separate. Questo ha avuto abbastanza sfortuna, poiché la finestra nella camera era rotta e rimaneva aperta a vasistas , e non si poteva chiudere, quindi era molto freddo nella stanza. Dopo aver informato la reception,e dopo che dire persone sono salite nella stanza non hanno saputo dire altro che sarebbe stato necessario infilare qualche piano in mezzo oppure tenerlo con altro, per esempio scotch..sicuramente potevano proporre un cambio di stanza.
2) la colazione è pessima, schifo è troppo: caffe solubile, cena al cacao che dovrebbe essere spalmabile, secca e vecchia. Biscotti umidi, come se fuori confezione da tempo.
3) le camere e il servizio veramente belle, letti comodi, anche se con tv vecchie.
In definitiva a me è andata piuttosto bene, ad eccezione della colazione. Non di può dire li stesso per il mio amico.response / report this review -

outstanding service, highly recommend this hotel The staff members really went out of their way to help: re-opening the swimming pool just for us, mailing the iTouch that my son lost, late dinner service. Dinner and breakfast were good, the rooms were excellent. We did not have much time to explore the area, but loved the Trani cathedral.
