The worst experience of my life in an airport. People that work in the ryanair company and dont kniw the low. I was travelling whit my wife (philippina) from Naples back to Ireland. Showing the uk resident card whit permitt of reside and travel in all europe they insist to block us in the airport. We even try to call the manager but 'she' completely ignore us whit a 'I can't now bye' so disappointed. Rude rude ignorant People!!! In the end we had to call the Philippine embassy. will never travel from this airport anymore. So disappointed.

Know before you go - Don't show up early. You will enter the airport and walk straight into the holding area. You will wait for your airplane to be shown on the board (as you would at a train station) and then once it is shown you may walk up the kiosk and check your bag. As Americans, we got to our international flight 4 hours early and we were stuck waiting for 3 in the front.

Easy to navigate, small, staff is friendly. Americans are coming here with expectations that align with our culture and need to realize that this is Italian culture- you must adjust to it, don't expect it to adjust to you. The airport is very different than ones back in the states and to compare an Italian airport to an American airport is not a fair comparison. You must enter with an open mind and learn some Italian and you'll find it much easier to move through the airport.

Check in and security good. We are however currently waiting in what can only be described as free for all trying to board our flight, which is supposed to leave in 5 minutes but the plane doesn't appear to be here. Passengers are being "boarded" and then headed into some sort of weird pen. There's not enough room to accommodate all the people and have no idea what's going on. Have waited before in situations like this obviously but I think the experience could be better.

It looks new with a good Italian restaurant, a luguage left (9€/24h), a fast lane (5€) and a lounge (22€). The bathrooms looks new but not that comfortable. In the waiting area near the gates there are comfortable lounge furniture

Free WiFi but slow, plenty of shops but way overpriced even without duty, not a single water fountain.. you have to buy the overpriced water from a vending machine or shop. Not a good first impression, though the place is relatively clean at least.

International my ass. Now 1 am. They didn't allowed us to stay inside of airport. My flight is 6:00 am. So I thought didn't need to book a hotel. It's so cold , 7 degrees outside.

Amazing restaurants and shops where you can get you last mozzarella or sfogliatella or bring it home! Security checks and infrastructure modern and pretty fast. Best airport in Italy by far

It is a decent airport, recently restyled and always patrolled. Tourists will find a large variety of food shops, including a state of art napolitan pizzeria with wood oven. Unfortunately it is not connected to the city underground or surface railway, making it pretty uncomfortable to reach the city center.
