Unfortunately zero stars Google does not allow me otherwise that would be my choice. About six months ago, I wanted to give confidence again, after a first distribution of 30,000 flyers which took place a year ago, with a much more important distribution: 100,000 flyers !!! The creativity and the promotional object were undoubtedly very aggressive but despite this, these 100,000 flyers have generated a return of a handful of customers. I offered a 100 euro voucher to choose from among the main brands on the market (Amazon, Carrefour, Netflix, Gasoline Coupon, etc) and despite this the return was the one mentioned above. As soon as the distribution started, I started receiving photos of the flyers placed in the binders outside the buildings. I immediately asked the agency to tell their people to skip those buildings and go further as those bins are also defined as garbage bins that, when they are saturated, are beautifully emptied in favor of the garbage cans. There was no action from the agency other than telling me they couldn't do otherwise With a 100,000 flyer operation ??? Among other things, they were distributed in two days by a really thin team so let's talk about this too . We spoke after a few weeks, and on the advice of the manager, even after a few months to understand the post-campaign return ( obviously very poor) and the only thing he was able to tell me is that I was the wrong promotion (I remember a 100 euro voucher). Moral, I spent a lot of money to get a handful of flies in exchange. Think about it before entrusting this agency with a flyer campaign because they take all the money immediately but if there is a need to remedy a mediocre flyer, they blame the flop on the customer . Never see us again !!!!
