Fantastic. We came for lunch after hiking around the island. The fettuccine with lemon was incredible. We also had the lemon torta for dessert. Decent pricing too.
Ordered vegetarian food and was excellent, the service and the interior is spacious and perfect. Would suggest to anyone on visit to capri. Thumbs up for the great service
Most delicious dinner I've ever had. The owner was it waiter and was most gracious. I'd go here again In a minute.
By the time I got to Capri, I had enough pasta, focaccia, seafood, wine and cheese. I just want something light, maybe a little spicy.
The chef recommended the special of the day, sea urchin pasta (uni pasta), oh my lord and savior, this dish changed my life a little bit. It was cooked with just olive oil, salt and pepper. A little bit zucchini flower and parsley were added as garnish. The uni tasted sooo plump. It's very different than what I had had in LA, not creamy, but still buttery and plump. The uni pieces were diced small, but with every bite, I felt I was biting into a plump of juicy goodness. I asked the chef to make it spicy, so they added maybe spicy olive oil and a little chili flakes. It tasted heavenly. After three months, I still raves about this to my boyfriend. I wish I can just go back there again.
We arrived here on a cold and stormy night and we were seated by an open window. We had to actually ask the server to close the window because it was so cold. There wasn't much of an atmosphere if you call hanging christmas lights and fake vines from the ceiling "ambiance." For starters, we shared a seafood pasta which was OK but very fishy tasting and had a scant amount of seafood. For mains, we both had the fish. I can't recall which fish it was but it was obviously not memorable. Service was really slow and inattentive. We really couldn't tell why because it wasn't like that restaurant was that busy to begin with. Overall, I would not return to this restaurant.
Great atmosphere and services. Delicious food.
Very good food. Had the best spaghetti I've ever tasted. I highly recommend dining here.
I absolutely loved everything about this restaurant, and their picnics! I went on a lovely picnic with my fiance. The directions of where to go to find beautiful views were clear, and the spots they picked were indeed gorgeous! The picnic was delicious, I highly recommend the cheese plate with the burrata and smoked mozzarella. And when I returned to the restaurant for a meal, everything was delicious once again. Highly recommend!
I ordered a picnic from Michel'angelo to propose to my (now) fiancee. Holly and Gianluca worked with me to find the perfect spot, and the picnic they provided was beautiful and delicious! They even customized the menu as my fiancee is vegetarian! We loved the food so much we came back for lunch the next day. Their restaurant, and the Capri picnics, in particular, are just lovely. Try the burrata!
Food and service was good. The owner was serving and giving good recommendations. Could have been a 4-5 star.
They charged us a 15% servizio fee (not a small cover charge). Felt like 20€ was stolen from us and left me with a terrible taste in my mouth, no pun intended. Overall, the food was way too pricey for the location. 140€ for a fish, eggplant, pasta, and two glasses of average wine.
