  CAMERE SPORCHE ALL'ARRIVO, LAMENTATO IL DISSERVIZIO E' CONTINUATO NEI GIORNI A SEGUIRE.
  COLAZIONE SCARSA AL BUFFET, PRANZO E PIETANZE "BUONO" MA SCARSI DI QUANTITA' E SCELTA.
  ANIMAZIONE VOLENTEROSI, BRAVI, MAPURTROPPO POCHI E CON POCHE INIZIATIVE.
  ARREDI OBSOLETI E SPORCHI. TELEVISIONE DELL'800' NON FUNZIONANTE.
  COMPLIMENTI AL MAITRE DI SALA, DISPONIBILE E PROFESSIONALE.
  PER ESSERE UN RESORT, CI VUOLE SPAZIO E, PERSONALE QUALIFICATO E DISPONIBILE, CAMERIERI: VOTO 5! NON SI PUO' CONSUMARE I PASTI PRIVI ANCHE DI POSATE !!! NON SI PUO' SEDERSI ALLE ORE 21:00 ED INIZIARE ALLE 22:00 CON IL PRIMO PIATTO.

  Posto bello e buona organizzazione. Colazione a buffet con pranzo e cena su prenotazione sul menù fornito. Possibilità di pranzo al sacco.
  Il menù a base di pesce è quasi sempre con prodotti surgelati, un peccato per un posto di mare!
  Consiglio mezzo di trasporto indipendente altrimenti col servizio navetta (a pagamento) vedrete sempre le stesse spiagge.
  La camera é mediocre e non da 4 stelle.

  Contro.
  Assoluta MANCANZA DI PULIZIA nelle camere in soluzione appartamento.
  Animatori invadenti, giovanissimi e per nulla competenti.
  WiFi c'è ma non tutti gli appartamenti sono coperti dal segnale. E anche quando si è vicini a un ripetitore, la velocità della linea è imbarazzante.
  
  Pro.
  La struttura ha visto anni migliori, ma nel complesso è tenuta bene.
  Bella piscina con acqua salata.

  Ottima vacanza posti molto belli. Resort bello funzionale e pulito ottima l'animazione e la ristorazione. Qualche suggerimento per migliorare la struttura. Un 4 stelle non può non avere il circuito American Express. Far pagare €5 il servizio cassaforte mi sembra molto superfluo visto quello che già si paga per il soggiorno. Incrementare il servizio di acqua calda con boiler più grande ed infine un sorriso in più alla reception quando si arriva sarebbe gradito.

  Evento organizzato per chiusura estate. Nulla di esilarante, poteva essere molto più carino. Meno male che avevo l'ingresso gratuito

  Bella la location ma lontano dal mare, piscina super affollata e senza lettini disponibili, personale non qualificato per un hotel 4 stelle, check in obbligatorio alle ore 17 (con coda infinita alla reception), piu' che un resort sembrava un collegio . Il meraviglioso salento merita di piu'

  Siamo stati ospiti della struttura Messapia Resort nella prima settimana di luglio, la cosa che ci ha particolarmente colpiti (oltre alla bellezza della struttura curata nei minimi particolari), è stata la cordialità e professionalità del personale in genere, in particolare volevamo segnalare il cameriere Simone che non ha perso occasione per coccolarci avendo sempre una soluzione per ogni nostra esigenza. Un altro elemento che spicca per la sua simpatia e spontaneità, è Antonio l'autista del bus navetta, solare e allegro come la terra in cui vive, siamo tornato ieri e già ci mancano tutti.
  Il cibo è raffinato e ricercato, complimenti al giovane chef.

  On the 12-15 May 2016, 50 guests and myself from England stayed at this hotel to celebrate my daughters wedding. We were promised that it would be a great, but to our surprise it was better and more magically than we ever expected.The staff spoke English, were professional, friendly and accommodating.Even the impossible was made possible !
  I would recommend anyone thinking of having a wedding in Italy to check this out before booking anywhere else. The cost was reasonable and much cheaper than a wedding of such a standard in the UK.
  
  The staff were dressed immaculately and service second to none.
  The food and wine were combined to perfection.During the meal our glasses were never empty, the waiters would always be there to refill the glass !The canapes were beautifully designed and the proseco and champagne chilled and of good quality. The food was so abundant that most of the guests thought the buffet of starters (about forty varieties) was the meal. There was fish,seafood and meat cooked freshly in front of your eyes, even mozzarella cheese was made fresh while you waited.
  The mains included succulent two pasta dishes followed 2 fish and meat dish. The delightful variety of desserts were amazing.
  The atmosphere was made emotionally magical by the violinist and piano player (who made me cry with joy). So always make sure you add them to your wedding essentials !
  The manager Maurizio, Mavi and all the staff merit 11 out of 10 for the service and care they took of everyone. I cannot recommend them enough.
