cameriera svogliata e che schiaccia e uccide api con i menù.. .. spettacolo memorabile. gelato grandi ma non spettacolari. comunque per 4 gelati e un acqua abbiamo aspettato 15 /20 minuti. per ordinare 4 caffè che un mio amico ha chiesto mentre andava verso la toilette le é stato detto di ordinarli al tavolo perché da in piedi non prendeva ordini Un mondo a parte sembrava di fargli un dispetto a fermarsi a consumare ma alla fine sono i clienti a portare gli stipendi. Mi dispiace per la piazza e la location che è davvero bella.

Buon caffè e buona selezione di alcolici possibilità di fare aperitivo, pranzo o cena nella piazza più bella della città. Prezzi medi.

Location accettabile. Abbiamo ordinato dei primi, un piatto vegetariano e un pollo alla padella e abbiamo atteso quasi un'ora e mezza. Ogni volta che chiedevano informazioni ci veniva risposto (da lontano) che era quasi pronto. Servizio scadente: la cameriera ha versato la salsa del piatto addosso a un commensale e alla fine non ha neanche chiesto scusa. Il pollo era freddo ed era immangiabile (sapeva di plastica). Carbonara salata e gli gnocchi cozze e vongole erano pieni di sabbia!! Il piatto vegetariano aveva schizzi di salse di altri piatti. Non abbiamo neanche avuto il coraggio di mangiare la patata arrosto del piatto vegetariano. Dedicatevi ad altro..

The service is possibly the worst service I've ever seen in my life. We ordered two beers and it took more 20 minutest or them to get to the table, and every time we asked for service they looked at us like we had two heads. We have two heads but that's beside the point. The food is grand when you get it. I assume all the ingredients for the food and the beer, and the wine is very fresh. So much so that they must be waiting for the order before the start to grow it. If you've lost the will to live and have a few years to kill then pop by. PS - Giving no stars is not an option here so I only ticked one star because I had to.

Writing this review right from Lorenz Cafe'.
Had gelato, want to try their pizza.
Gelato was really good. Ciocolatto and Panna+Nutella. Just don't take 'Zuppa Inglese' flavour.

Wifi free and strong connection.
The stuff is ok. Do not disturb me very much, as I sit doing my things on the internet.
Like the upstairs room. Decorated for Christmas. Quiet. You can watch TV. Also a nice view of Piazza del Popolo.
