  I understand the previous reviews, and I know renting a car is risky, but I had a good experice with them. We got a meticulous new Lancia Ypsilon, easily, we did not have to wait (rented from city center), and they did not charge us any extra, there was no problem with the return.

  Awful service. Took so long to be served in the airport. When picking up keys the man was incredibly rude. I didn't get anything similar to the car I booked. When returning the car there were no bays free. I pulled up and asked the employee to park it for me when a bay becomes available. His only response was "just park it, it's not my job to park it for you - I don't have time for this"

  GPS OUT OF DATE 2+ YEARS! A terrible experience. Send me off with a GPS that is needing update over two years, I am alone on business without a phone or paper map and the device advising me to turn down wrong way of one-way streets, turn down streets turned permanently to pedestrian zone because of planters blocking, streets under heavy long-term construction, not a temporary thing a project which would definitely have been in the current GPS updatehow can you be so careless with people 100% reliant and don't speak local languages?!? This would never happen at Hertz, even in Italy. You check the devices once a month and update them all. In extreme Florence return-from-siesta traffic I am forced to left first by GPS advice and then other masses of impatient cars and had to drive down a bus-only lane to avoid a collision, for about 2 blocksFirenze cameras now 2 mos. later see this and send a fine and Locauto has the nerve to want to charge me 49 more Euros for administration, when it is entirely their fault for not updating that GPS! I am furious at the unprofessionalism and yet little I can do Italian authorities but begfor the 49 Euros I will dispute with my bank card and hope they back me. Don't use these people, they're not professional, and the deposit was the highest I have ever seen in renting cars 20 yrs in Europe.

  Ho usufruito del servizio per ben tre volte. La prenotazione è stata semplicissima, le auto erano tutte pulite e nuove. Personale cortese e disponibile.

  Sono dei truffatori!
  Mi volevano far pagare 6€al giorno in più per darmi catene obbligatorie in Italia,poi la fattura di noleggio doveva pagarla Ford che mi ha fatto le pratiche per farmi l'autonin attesa che la mia si riparasse e invece veloci come il vento mi hanno succhiato a me i soldi dalla carta dovuta dare per cauzione
  Ora che cerco di chiarire la cosa si fanno di nebbia e rendono irreperibili!
  Sono dei truffatori!
  Non andate a servirvi da loro!

  Per vari motivi viaggio molto e affitto sempre la macchina per muovermi liberamente ma di certo non userò più questa compagnia.
  Prima cosa mi hanno fatto pagare le catene da neve a parte 6 euro al giorno (tot. 30 euro che se lo sapevo mi costava meno comperarle ) , ma se sono abbligatorie in Italia non dovrebbero essere comprese?
  Mi hanno dato una macchina tutta rigata senza un cerchione a benzina e che consumava moltissimo , non quella da me prenotata su internet , e pur avendo pagato l'assicurazione tutto compreso mi hanno trattenuto una franchigia non si sa bene per cosa
  Insomma da non ripetere

  Stay away from this company. They are the franchisee for Enterprise, National and Alamo. They are not going to treat you like these companies. Extra fees exorbitant deposits. STAY AWAY VERY VERY FAR AWAY!

  6-7 people were ahead of me when I arrived but waited 2 hours in line for renting a car. They offered full coverage 30 euro/day (insane). The car was Lancia and it had problems with tire rotation and balance.
  Don't rent from ALAMO/ENTERPRISE/LOCAUTO (Because 3 rental agency in a small counter and 1 very slow person making paperwork when continually talking on the phone)
