  Prodotti di qualità a chilometro zero. Ampia scelta di formaggi locali, provenienti anche da piccoli masi. Buonissimi i formaggi di capra. Assortimento di yoghurt; da Sterzing a Mila a Meran. Varietà di speck. Biscotti e marmellate locali. Interessante la visita guidata con possibilità di assaggi.

  Ottimi prodotti,ho fatto proprio rifornimento e ne è valsa la pena. La prossima volta con più calma vorrei effettuare la visita del caseificio che sono aperti al pubblico

  È un posto interessante ti spiegano come si fa il formaggio ti fanno visitare lo stabilimento e le cantine dove si stagiona il formaggio. Adatto anche per i bambini. Poi si possono acquistare i prodotti. Tutto ottimo.

  It's a fine place if you want to buy some specialties from the region. It's not the cheapest, but the products are usually of good quality. The big advantage is that it is open on Sundays also off-season. It is often quite crowded.

  Great place for a short coffee stop. Also enjoyed the cheese platter for 2 a must do.
