One star cause there’s no 0, another one for the crew who brought a lot of energy to the boat.
They promised that we would go directly to the blue grotto and would be able to see the grotto (the only reason we joined the tour) in 20 mins, but we never did. After we came back there weren’t any apologies or refund; they said 20 mins was before now is 2 hours and asked me talk to whoever sold me the ticket.response / report this review -

I took a tour with this company to go to the Blue Grotto in Capri. The first part was okay round the Island. When we got to the Blue Grotto it was quite obvious we wouldn't be waiting to board any of the little boats to go inside. All they said was 'it's only 3 minutes inside'. This annoyed me and my friends who very much wanted to go inside as advertised. They advertise that they go there but is obvious that they don't want to wait there at all. This is because they want the boat back in port as soon as possible to mis-sell the tour to other tourists, so don't want to tie the boat up waiting at the Blue Grotto. AVOID if you want to see the Blue Grotto.

Beautiful weather today, sea is very calm, sun, not too warm, just perfect. I’ve purchased for my wife and I a round trip of the Capri Island of 1h45min supposed to start at 13h15. We’re asking at the desk of Capri Laser how many people today is supposed to be on the boat with us. The answer is - few. The boat starts at 13h35 from the harbour. We’re about 10 people on the boat and feel very comfortable. It starts as promised. We head the wonderful Blue Grotto what’s about 10 min from the harbour, spend an extra 14 Eur each and have about 10 min inside. This spot is really special. And we’re ready to go to the next spot but… the boat is going the opposite direction ! Without any warning is returning to the harbour…we are asked to leave this boat and we have to take another one..It’s 14:45 and we’re leaving the harbour one more time with the boat this time fully packed. We’re told the boat now is going the whole round trip without stopping at the Blue Grotto. We’re going just 5 min to Punta del Capo and… going back again the opposite direction ! Passing next to the harbour Marina Grande, we’re going the Blue Grotto direction one more time. It’s 15:10 we’re in front of the Blue Grotto. Hopefully we’re not stopping there this time. Then the boat goes just to the Punta Carena, Faro Capri at 15:33, makes a U-turn and …going back to the harbour ! We’re arriving back to the harbour at 15:45. We payed full price of 18 Eur for this trip what’s been full of bad surprises, been a half-round trip and last 2hrs but showed us same places twice. This company is absolutely nor reliable. Capri Laser is a pure joke. We don’t recommend unless you have time and money to waste and want to see just half of what you’re supposed to pay for. Capri, how romantic !

Avoid using their service They will promise all possible tours even if they are closed. For eg Blue Grotto It was fully closed on the day I travelled but they took money for blue grotto saying its open and started giving me an island tour which I had already roamed. On asking them that I have paid for blue grotto they replied "unfortunately it is closed and we are giving you an island tour instead. "
The fact is they should tell us that it is closed while we are buying tickets. I raised this question as well , the reply was "since there are so many people we cannot reply to every one . "
What I want to say is pls avoid LASER CAPRI for any of Capri tours , take full information from the tourist information Center and then accordingly take the required tickets.response / report this review -

We felt scammed!!! They promise a full island tour for 18 Euros. In fact what you get is 5 minutes out to the Blue Grotto, where you have to pay another 13 Euro for 3 minutes of viewing, and they have the nerve to ask for a tip!!! And BTW- they don't take credit cards, which they give no warning of So when I got to the Grotto my BF and I only had enough cash for one of us to go!! Not to mention that the toilet on the boat was broken and they charged 1 Euro for water We felt ripped off. Shop this one around

Worst companie ever! You are paying an overprice (14€) to sail 5 min, wait an hour and then if you wanna pay 13€ more, you can go in to the blue grotte, if you are lucky! Half of the boat didn't make it and the ones who did, were the ones who paid extra tips to get there!! Corruption!
