  Nice hotel, clean and comfortable rooms. Personal is very professional and pleasant. My only remark is that the wifi is slow.

  We had so pleasant stay in lancaster hotel. It is close to important part of city such as university of turin, valentino castle. Also, they have tea maker in each room with different kind of tea that you can enjoy.

  Nice hotel, centrally located but the shower was only a tub with a sprayer on a hose but no wall mount, or curtain

  Nice clean hotel good breakfast. The cleaning lady tidied up my clothes. Was a bit strange.
