We booked a room that we unfortunately had to cancel and the manager kept 100% of our prepayment. We did cancel on the same day that we were supposed to come but we had no choice and the hotel was not full. In exchange for our €130 loss, the manager offered a ridiculous 20% discount on our "next" stay at the hotel or for a dinner at their restaurant. As if we would imagine to come back to your place or recommend it.
Another hotel on the island offered us to use the prepayment during another year. Clearly some people treat their customers better.
Clearly this is extremely poor service while their booking system is very poor.
It would have been much more business friendly to offer us a partial refund!response / report this review -

Ottima cena. Sentirsi a casa è una piacevole sorpresa. Ottimo il servizio, cortese e disponibile. La camera a pochi metri dal mare. Il diving completa l'offerta già di qualità .

Un posto dove ti senti a casa, e dove noi sub siamo comodissimi. Letteralmente a due passi dal mare.
Cucina casereccia e buonissima.
