Solo tre esempi: Uovo croccante con spuma di caciotta e tartufo (goduria totale); Superspaghettino con porri, capperi, peperoncino e ricotta al fumo (profumato e saporito); Animelle (capolavoro di cottura per interiora sorprendenti) E poi i dolci

  Quando siamo in zona, veniamo per vivere un'esperienza di piacere in un'oasi di moderna tranquillità. Le specialità abruzzesi esaltate dalle eccellenti materie prime, i vini consigliati sapientemente, tutto servito dalla cortesia della famiglia Spadone.
  5 stelle, sempre riconfermate anno dopo anno.

  Michelin stared restaurant with humble owners and outstanding kitchen. The place has also four guest rooms, making it into the perfect Abruzzo hideaway. Visited this restaurant a number of times, each better than the other. High value for money.

  Excellent dishes from the Abruzzese tradition, using the freshest local ingredients, in a countryside location with awesome Majella and Gran Sasso mountains backdrop.
