Great breakfast. Room too old for the price they charged out of season. Nice location.

The only thing that stops me giving it five stars are the rooms which feel quite dated but apart from this its a great place to come. Beautiful location, great private beach and the restaurant is pretty good too. The staff were very friendly too. Cefalù is worth a visit but it it very touristy, I could quite happily spend my time at the hotel though instead.

The view from the Hotel was very nice but the service in the hotel is well below the 4 Star rating the hotel has. The staff are probably tired at this time of year (after summer) but they come across as grumpy and have no care for the guests.
The front desk staff are unwelcoming and we’re eating on our arrival.
The waiters in the restaurant were happy to scream and shout at each other over the top of the guests. The food is so so and you can have a much nicer meal in town.
The “bike room” man was probably the grumpiest of them all.
I wouldn’t stay here again in a hurry.response / report this review -

Outstanding hotel. Luxurious feel and views. Kid friendly. We did not have anything negative to say about this hotel. We booked a second trip while at check out. We loved the sea views, breakfast, pool, and free off street parking.

The rooms are a bit small. View from the rooms and the restaurant are amazing. I was a bit disappointed about the breakfast, which could include a lot more of the local fresh fruits and vegetables as we saw everywhere in Sicily, and not canned ones. Service at the restaurant was good, although I can't say the same about the reception. We made a small mistake with our reservation (double bed instead of single one) and they did not even tried to find a solution when asked, even though we contacted by mail one day before arriving. They had no clue about our email. TV channels are in English, from the UK, so it seems that they care about a specific kind of tourist, and not every guest.

This hotel fifteen minutes' walk from the lovely medieval town of Cefalu occupies a beautiful situation overlooking its own little beach and a wide, tranquil bay. Our 'superior' room had a balcony and over looked the sea. It was clean and well-equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially at the reception desk, where they spoke English, German and (obviously) Italian with equal ease. The food was delicious and service excellent. It was above all the pleasantness of the staff that made this hotel special. Nothing was too much trouble.
