If you are traveling by car this place is convenient, the staff, cleanliness and condition of my room was without reproach. I recommend eating outside the hotel if you want to have more generous dishes in quantity and at a better price.

They hardly speak English. The food was expensive for the quality and quantity served. The dishes were a joke. I mean real joke. The sef had a vivid imagination writing the menu. The problem was that he hadn't the same cooking it. But the biggest joke was the fact that heating had a setpoint at 18° C and you couldn't change it! After 4 attempts to explain the problem, I finally begged for a manual set of temperature but that wasn't enough either. A technician came at my room to fix the problem and I managed to understand (since he wasn't speaking English) that the problem would be fixed after a reset of the system. After two days of reseting the system, while I was waking up at 17° C and had to bathe at that temperature, they finally fixed the damn BMS. I completed their online questionnaire about my stay there and I received an email that they regretted for my bad experience and that someone would call me in the next few hours. After 5 days I am still waiting for that call. Totally joke

Filthy Bathrooms, unfriendly staff.
Bathroom shower was covered in dirt and grime, shower heads and soap dispensers were rusted, and holes in bathroom wall. Bedroom walls chipped and marked/ dirty.
Staff did nothing to help with noisy neighbours and had little to no english. And the bloody smoke detector flashes all night and is located right above the bed! Kept me awake every night. .
Restaurant was overpriced for the quality of the food, but breakfast was really good.
What really got me is that after complaint was passed to reception, they told me to leave a review on the website and didn't even offer an apology.
Bitterley disappointed with this hotel.

My third stay here. I am never disappointed. Great staff in restaurant too. A real steak when visiting Milan.

Really beautiful and big rooms, nice old building, nice service. The only thing which was not superb, was the breakfast: It's the standard hotel buffet.
