  Appena scesi al moletto di Salina non potete non fare una sosta da "Il Delfino". Il prodotto tipico di Salina è il pane cunzato. Un ottimo piatto unico che consiste in una fetta grande di pane di farina speciale, con sopra il condimento che più vi aggrada. Tra le varie opzioni noi abbiamo scelto caprese (mozzarella, pomodoro e basilico), era davvero unico! Buonissimo! Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

  The food was delicious and very fresh, however the table service was slow and they forgot to bring one of the dishes we ordered. It then took a further 20 minutes to bring it out despite us being told it was cooked and they were just going to get it from the kitchen.
  It's a nice quiet atmosphere and well presented with beautiful views.

  Posto molto carino che gode di uno splendido panorama. Tuttavia la pasta con sarde lasciava molto a desiderare.

  Buon ristorante vicino al molo di Lingua, per cui risulta particolarmente comodo per i turisti che visitano l'isola mediante tour in barca. Buona qualità delle portate, improntate alla tradizione eoliana. Da segnalare, cosa non banale, che la cucina è in grado di preparare primi senza glutine.
