Prenotate per assicurarvi un tavolo in quanto è sempre molto affollato. Noi abbiamo scelto di cenare con pizza, il menù è molto vario e con prodotti km0. La pizza è molto buona ma scegliete di dividerne una semplice con una complessa se siete in coppia o gruppo perché difficilmente riuscirete a finirla! C'è un bel baglio antistante in pietra ed edera rampicante, gli interni sono invece del classico stile rustico dei ristoranti siciliani anni 70. Il servizio un po' lento, abbiamo aspettato un'ora per la pizza, ma il personale è molto cortese.

In foto pizza "u bevaio" con bordi ripieni di ricotta e spinaci, e la fichissima, che parla da sola. (Un po' troppo dolce ma buona!)

Cordialità e cortesia per un piacevole soggiorno. Camere ampie e pulite. Ottimo ristorante. Da migliorare la potenza del WiFi. Complessivamente buono per chi cerca un punto di appoggio nel cuore delle madonie.

We stayed a couple of nights at the start of a walking holiday. The hotel is fine (and the town is lovely), but you have to try the restaurant attached - quite wonderful pizzas, and it's an entertainment simply watching them being cooked.

Having our own private patio added to the pleasure of staying a few nights at this magical spot in the Sicilian Alps. We really enjoyed the location of the lodging as it was easy to find and great to wander from to explore the town and the surrounding mountains. Make sure you try their pizza which I would consider the best I have ever eaten.
