Roberto is he best. He and his little dog Rambo met us at the door and showed us the whole hotel! Really made my family feel at home. Thank you for an amazing stay in Montepulciano!!

The nicest hosts welcomed us warmly and helped us get our car to their free parking spots — which can be a bit hard to find within the narrow street maze of the city. The hotel is located on a terrace overlooking the city and has rooms, a restaurant and facilities on various levels. We were in one of the newer rooms which sports a very modern bathroom with light therapy rain forest shower and a bidet.

Very warm welcome. The prix is € 90 for 2 stars hotel, room is good with the parking fee included, but the prix is high

A wonderfully warm welcome. I was immediately made to feel right at home. Roberto and Vittoria were fantastic hosts.
My room was spacious with plenty of light, and perfectly clean. The double bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast is plentiful, although I will probably never get used to the Italian habit of eating cake for breakfast. But there is also cheese, ham, yoghurt, fruit, fruit juice, coffee/tea and croissants.
There are a couple of outside spaces to sit and relax.
The hotel is right in the middle of the town, but still quiet. Yes, it is not the easiest place to find, but nothing is in Montepulciano until you have had time to explore. The locals were really helpful - advising which stop to get off from the Pollicino bus, and then another lady pointing out the exact door on the main street (the only time I used that entrance as afterwards I used the front door onto the quiet street, where free parking can also be found).
I would not stay anywhere else in Montepulciano and I hope to return some day.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful family - Roberto is the perfect host.
I've stayed here for weeks on end, since 2001. The first time they helped me when I was young and lost; later I enjoyed their hospitality when I had the choice of all of Tuscany. I look forward to the next opportunity to visit.
