  Tappa fissa per è di ritorno a Roma e si trova sulla A1. Uscendo a Magliano Sabina il ristorante si trova a pochi metri, forse 500 m al massimo.
  Ristorante accogliente, grande,ma al tempo stesso intimo, dominato da un bel camino di fronte al quale vi è un banco frigo pieno di carne e lì il cliente può scegliere il taglio da farsi cucinare.
  La manzetta prussiana è ottima, la cottura in genere è perfetta.
  Da provare i primi!

  Io qui ho sempre mangiato bene!! Due grandi camini; uno per carni e l'altro per verdure e formaggi. bancone frigo con carni esposte e a scelta vi fate cucinare quello che più gradite
  Oltre a questo, menù variegato e con buone scelte stagionali con una buona presentazione delle pietanze!!! Buona cantina

  Nice rooms, great pool, friendly staffand most important great food! this is what Italy is about, especially in autumn and winter when the fire is burning and meat is grilled on the charcoal!
