Excellent boutique hotel in a wonderful location overlooking the bay .The sunsets were unbelievable . Large beautifully attended gardens with a large infinity pool .
Rooms in the annex were comfortable . We had a room with small garden to the front and a balcony with a sea view . Rooms frequently made up when we returned after breakfast .
Staff were helpful and always friendly .
Breakfasts were buffet affairs with a large choice especially cakes & pastries .
Lunch was wonderful with an excellent selection of hot food and salads .
Dinner was full silver service with four courses & the salad bar , very good food beautifully served & good selection of locally caught fish was available.
Antonello Ricardo Giovannie & colleagues were most attentive in the dining room and arranged some stunning wines at most affordable prices ..
Stephan & Flavio produced some wonderful cocktails and wines and some excellent degestives .Try their Irish Coffees !
The sandy beach in a short walk from the hotel and a prime section of this is cordoned off for guests , towels are provided & the water is crystal clear .
We took a day boat trip around the islands & this is worth considering [ €50 a head ] leaves at 9.15 am and the hotel provided an excellent packed lunch for us just book at reception the day before .
All in all a memorable experience which we highly recommend .
