This place is just bad. Our bed (which consisted of two twin beds pushed together) was like a board. Our room was dark, with awful lighting, and lacked any actual decorliterally nothing on the walls. The walls were thin, so I heard someone in the next room coughing all night. Some staff (the concierge especially) were quite warm and friendly, but others were ridiculously rude. Almost none we met spoke English well enough to communicate effectively (although that's not necessarily a criticism of the hotel - just something to be aware of). The bathroom was clean enough, but not in great shape. The restaurant has no warmth or atmosphere at all, it's just a big white cafeteria with banquet tables. It sort of feels like your local senior center in the US. Avoid if you can.

Eigentlich war meine Erfahrung mit dem Hotel 1 Google Stern wert. Den zweiten Stern gibt es nur wegen des 74jährigen Barman Mr. Simon, der ein wahrer Schatz ist Hotel hat direkt am Tal der Tempel eine gute Lage und auch das Stadtzentrum ist zu Fuss schnell erreicht. Das Haus ist aber in die Jahre gekommen und nicht wirklich sauber. Essen im schönen Hotelgarten muss angenehm sein, war aber im Mai eigenartigerweise nicht möglich. Der Esssaal ist sehr ungemütlich, sehr hell und von sehr lauter Akkustik. Da offenbar häufig Gruppen hier absteigen, kommt man als Individualgast etwas unter die Räder. Gegessen hab ich einmal. War unterdurchschnittlich. Personal und Empfang sehr freundlich. Chefin scheint aber das Thema Gastfreundschaft etwas zu unterschätzen und hetzt hochnäsig durch das Hotel statt zumindest zu grüssen. Wifi seeeehr langsam, wenn's denn funktioniert Und dann Bäume fällen im Hotelgarten mit Motorsäge um 6 Uhr morgens und Gerüstarbeiten um 4 Uhr morgens? Nein danke!

Il y a des beaux jardins,le hall d'entrée est accueillant.

Nice hotel with a good location, very nice room, well-sized. Slight problem with leaking shower, but overall, a nice hotel to stay 2 nights.
