Breakfast was good, we asked several times for wine during diner but we didn't receive it Rooms are not comfortable, small bathroom etc.
The rooms are tiny. My room did not have a refrigerator or safe. The blankets are thin and uncormfortable. The beds are very small and uncomfortable. The bathroom is adequately sized, but the provided towels feel more like thin blankets and are irritating to use. My room also smelled weird. The breakfast offers the smallest selection of food I've seen so far in Italy, but it is the only hotel so far that provides cold milk for cereal and drinking. The wifi only works in the lobby which is really inconvenient.
When I saw the review pf a girl saying it was the worst hotel she had been at, I thought it wasn't possible for a 3 stars hotel. Crearly I was mistaken. Skipping the fact that no one has changed anything from the 80s, things look old and very dirty. The receptionist is not able to speak English, we didn't hear a thank you or a please from anybody. There's no wifi in the room, only in the reception. Towels are as thin as paper and the bed is not comfortable. 20 minutes walk from Ortogia, kindly suggestion, don't go to this hotel, is not worth a penny.
Nice and comfortable hotel close to the city centre. Breakfast is really good. Wi-Fi is fast
