Many reasons as to why I would not recommend this hotel .. location okay for local industries, accomodation is not 4 star and very tired, restaurant not typical Italian food and lacking decent wines.

Immediately at the entrance, there is a pleasant atmosphere. The place is clean and airy. The staff at the counter gave me an amazing reception, helped me with all my requests and planned my trip.
Breakfast, reasonable.
Because of all this, we returned to this hotel about a week later.response / report this review -

Very poor service , mosquitos in the room, 4 star hotel.cannot even fry an egg properly (within half an hour) the only reason I give two stars is the friendly staff who are overworked

From now 5 years, we pass regularly few days @ Dei Giardini.
Always, we enjoy very much the nice and enthusiast people (Carmine and all his team), giving us a competent food and wine recommendation, in good quality and softness ambiance.
We would like to congratulate all Dei Giardini team, from reception desk to restaurant room and kitchen chief, without forgetting room cleaning people.
