I spent 2 nights there with my wife and daughter. First night was just fine. But we weren't told before making the reservation that there would be a wedding the next day. I have nothing against wedding celebration but when I sleep in a hotel, I sure don't want to have to put ear plugs so as to block the noise. And this was the case that night.
The following day, no excuses, no discount on the price. Just the plain Italian flabbergasting ignorant way of treating a customer.
And what about the guy dragging chairs and tables in breakfast room? And the customers parking everywhere, blocking the way a four-star establishment? They just don't know better!response / report this review -
