  Largamente sopravvalutato. Le camere del corpo centrale, ne abbiamo viste due, sono vecchie, sporche e mal tenute, il cosiddetto "cottage" peggio ancora, con un vecchio materasso a molle deposto su una rete cigolante, una vergogna per il prezzo stratosferico richiesto. Grandi arie che il personale si dà che, per quanto riguarda la nostra deludente esperienza, non corrispondono a nulla del servizio offerto. Siamo scappati via portandoci dietro un pessimo ricordo e una mezza giornata di vacanza sprecata a cercare un'altra sistemazione. Settembre 2017.

  Accommodations have been average. Nothing terrible, but nothing outstanding. There is a rotation of restaurant/bar service through out the day that keeps you running around the grounds to be served. Andrea was a fantastic bartender this afternoon in the beach side bar.

  The location is spectacular. The old building is gorgeous while the 1970 building looks ok. The private beach is a little angle of paradise. You have a little bar with terrace on the water, fantastic. The stuff is professional and welcoming. We had the chance to use also the spa, the girl have a very good massage I would rate over average. I have 4 star for 2 reason: the first time we asked at the reception to book Massage they check seamply on the computer and they said is full, the second time (with a different receptionist) he confirmed that the system said it was full but he call them to double check and he found 2 spots available, great service. The 2 reason was the quality of the food: wasn't bad just very average and for a 5 star hotel I found it disappointing, no personality on the food.

  Les photos et la situation de cet hôtel avec sa plage donnent vraiment envie, mais quand vous arrivez surtout la 1ère fois et que vous ne connaissez pas les lieux des surprises vous attendent. Toutes les chambres ne sont pas dans la bâtisse principale (superbe) mais dans des annexes avec des chambres plutôt petites et sans vue. au restaurant à part le petit déjeuner le service est vieillot et pompeux, la formule du dîner est trop cher pour ce que c'est, en été on a envie de plus de liberté. Belle adresse vue de l'extérieur.

  Posizione eccezionale per la vista sul golfo di Portoferraio , la villa è molto bella con un bel parco , il personale è attento e molto disponibile la cucina ottima .
