We were there for a colleague wedding and the place is awesome!
A very magic place on the lake with beautiful garden terrace.

All of them were helpful at every turn and we felt like they were our friends when we left. I was a little leary about staying on the lake. When we arrived we were blown away by how nice this hotel is. I was a little disappointed by the loud music on the weekend but we were out driving around the lake for most of the day and so our stay was not affected by the party. The food and service was also excellent.

For us this was the low point of an otherwise pleasant four country trip thru the alps. The hotel was just opening for the season mid May, it was in dire need of a clean and an airing. Used candy on the bedside tables. Mould all over the bathroom. A pleasant dinner but far below average room and bath turned us not only off this hotel but the entire Italian lake district (even we think that is unbelievable). Much better luck a little further north in Switzerland.
