PEE in the pool glass bottle in the pool dirty dishes all day around
Place made for owner and their friends children very noisy and dirty
After 20 min by car going up
From cefalu you arrive this beautiful place like paradiso called valle grande cefalu
Stylish hotel with very detailed design rooms.
Nightmare start after you make checkin and payed in advance half board for 2 nights
They granited us quite place where we can have relax holiday
Front desk was very helpful and gave us good rates
In the afternoon the owner arrived with their children they start jumping in the pool all day with glass bottle and small child peedin the pool was saying his mother that he was peeing he stayed more then 3-4 hours in the pool without going out !!!
When we complain to reception about problem they look at us like if we don't like the place we could leave the place. They can't do anything to avoid this problem
There was notting around the pool to put plates on. They were serving dishes on the floor and never take them back till next day imagine how many flies on the plates
The shower was not clean there was some dirty article from the traveler who stayed before in the shower
There is always small light where you put the key so you need sleepy mask
No window only glass door so a/c is must no fresh air in the room
Breakfast and dinner are delicious. Very nice presentation and very tasty
They have also alla cart menu even they try to sell you half board
Dinner menu is same so if u stay more then 3 nights you have to repeat except they put something new everyday
So if u like dirty pool noisy child and bad service this is the place
If you want relax you are in the wrong place

Struttura ideale per una breve vacanza tra i boschi per un vero relax, ma a pochi minuti di auto dalla bellissima e caotica Cefalù. Consigliato!

Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni immersi nella natura con odori, colori e sensazioni che avevamo dimenticato. Struttura semplice, accogliente e cucina in linea con il contesto. La natura con il bosco delle querce secolari la fa da padrone.
