ristorante mediocre, il cameriere scortese e con poca voglia di parlare italiano ci ha portato due piatti sbagliati su tre ordinati. Il terzo piatto (canederli) di pessima qualità. Rispetto a quanto ci si dovrebbe aspettare da un hotel 4 stelle il servizio ed il prodotto non è stato assolutamente all'altezza

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéale. On est sur les pistes en 2 minutes. Les chambres sont très confortables avec une vue magnifique sur le Sciliar. Les plats sont soignés et de qualité. L'espace SPA est idéale après une journée sur les skis.

The hotel is big, in a pretty good location on the side of a piste that connects it to the rest of the resort (and to the cable car reaching Ortisei and the rest of the Dolomiti Superski area). The rooms are big and decently furnished. I wasn't a fan of their pillows (too thin, woolly) and of their internet connection (flaky, slow, but most of all allowing a single device at a time per room). The SPA is pretty good, with a great sauna, a nice Turkish bath, good hot bath with jacuzzi and a few more features. The quality of the restaurant is a bit uneven, more Austrian than Italian fare, but not too bad overall.

My family had the best hollidays ever in this hotel. The children had a wery good training time on roller skis, running, cycling in the mountains. The adults and the family had fantastic walking trips in the Alpe di Siusi. The staff, service and food in this hotel was Outstanding. We'll come back!
