Very comfortable hotel in a small town.

One of the nicest hotels in Portogruaro, little bit off the sea, around 30km, but the price and the quality is woth for it. They have a great restaurant. The town is very quiet with small classic Italian restaurants.

This hotel is perfectly situated literally just a few steps away from Portogruaro's center and also has its own parking lot. It was recently renovated and is quite clean with friendly 24/7 English-speaking reception.
Unfortunately, our room was quite small with air conditioning blowing directly on our heads while we were sleeping - and we had to keep it on because of some very loud noise outside (coming most probably from that very hotel's air conditioning).
Breakfast was also very unimpressive - most popular stuff was over 40 minutes before the breakfast ended (no, we didn't ask for more because the staff only spoke Italian), with only very basic cheese and ham (and that's in Italy!); on our first morning, there the service was very arrogant and didn't care to prepare us a table it all (it was though different next day).
Altogether, this would've been a nice hotel, if it were not for the noise outside and breakfast.response / report this review -
