Bella struttura bisognosa di un sostanzioso aggiornamento. Servizio in sala pranzo scadente. Buono lo chef. Pulizie appena nei limiti della decenza. Personale in continuo conflitto a causa di un management disinteressato senza motivazione. Perche' tornarci?

My wife and I here.small hotel,friendly staff.
Sort of edible food, .great holiday.just a few more words.been on the hotels own adverts and pictures of perhaps years ago.food in ads looked very good;ie.trout in pepper sauce garnished with lemon and parsley.desserts pictured were raspberry and ice-cream in a coup.(lovely).what we had this August.(ian and Julie tours). Food . Pasta not very good
No taste very bland.salad starter good.main courses well what can I say
Sorry but not good.we went last year olso, female chef(very very good)this year was a male chef/cook.no imagination,no skill in catering.be okay perhaps in cafe in North African.montain range. Our room 104 had no Aircon bloody hot in room.staff well what can I say.i left no tips this year.last year 20euro to chef etc
The staff are polite and do try.but have no leadership from female owner??????(sits at table all day just moves for meals.)main courses as said were not good.it filled you up,slice of pork with yukky sauce. As a passing advert for a restaurant up in town,spag bolognaise at Da severing.
My wife and I would love to go back to diano marina. But this hotel needs to sort things out.quick. Our guides from shearing were okay.thank you to Ian the main driver.

Recently had 7 nights at Hotel Silvano - Hotel was ok but staff were mostly not - seemed only English spoken was 'NO ENGLISH' AND WITHOUT A SMILE! Food was awful - very cheap Italian food in our opiniion - also packed lunches - dry rolls with bit meat cheese - one I had just had half a cold hamburger. Anyway - we would not recommend the hotel.

Gentilissimo il personalele camere sono pulite ma dal mio punto di vista andrebbero ristrutturatetroppo antichedal mio punto di vista contrastano troppo con il resto della struttura. Non posso sbilanciarmi oltre le 3 stelle perchè non ho provato la cucina.
