Albergo 5 stelle per gli anni 80 (probabilmente!!).. Ma nel 2017 consiglio una ristrutturazione immediata non tanto alla struttura che nel complesso è confortevole ma all'ambiente! Stanze minuscole ma con tutto il necessario, bagno molto bello. Rapporto qualità prezzo per una matrimoniale non ottimo. Un po' troppo caro. La colazione 2.50€ per un cornetto e una bevanda.

Perfect place to stay.
The appartment and the whole hotel aren't new and kinda oldschool but it was tidy, cozy, welcomming and located almost in the city center.
The best thing about the hotel was the staff who were helpful gave additional advises about the town. They let us eat our own snakcs and wine in their backyard with no concern.

Local ótimo, com ótimas opções para jantar. Vale realçar que o atendimento do staff e toda equipe é excelente. Uma indicação sensacional do staff foi o restaurante la campagnola em frente ao local. Mario e seu atendimento e comida fora de série.
Super recomendo.

The people are very nice and the reception is so good, but breakfast is limited and there is no variety of dishes, WiFi is week but in general if you are there because you're visiting Perugia, it's a fine place to stay.

Bed was very uncomfortable: I could feel all the metal springs. Plus I got bit by a couple of bugs, not sure what kind - yuck. Room was small, bathroom OK. Very friendly service though.
